Best in KLAS: JiveX Wins the PACS Comparison

Clearly above average: that's how the results for JiveX in the 2019 Best in KLAS Report for the European PACS market can be summarized.  In all categories surveyed, our  VISUS Enterprise PACS was clearly ahead of the competition, and consequently it is the recipient of the prestigious KLAS Award. The evaluation to produce the rankings was directed at the people who know about it best – that is to say, our users.

Overall, our JiveX users gave the product 92.3 out of a possible 100 points, compared to an average score of just 81.1 points for competitor products. The focus of the customer survey, which was evaluated anonymously, was on the culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value. 

KLAS has added performance indicators to help provide better context and transparency of product performance in the 2019 BIK report. In addition to displaying the overall KLAS score, KLAS has included letter grades for the six key categories: loyalty, culture, operations, product, relationship, and value. For us, it was very pleasing to see that our customers are strongly committed to our product and company for these key categories.
