For healthy patient relationships
Everything revolves around people when it comes to medical treatment. Those affected should therefore also be included in the course of treatment. This requires that patients can access their health data and make them available. There are now uniform solutions available that are simple to operate and still satisfy the stringent requirements for data protection in healthcare.
Patients have a right to their medical data but often it is not so simple to practically implement this right. With JiveX Connect, we have developed various solutions that simplify data exchange with patients, thus actively incorporating them into their own healthcare.
Healthcare facilities are increasingly preferring software-as-a-service solutions to ensure that they are always flexible and up to date. JiveX Upload is also an SaaS product. The solution is located on an external server and is provided to the facilities for a subscription fee. This means that operation, maintenance, updates, and upgrades are carried out by us as the operating company.
JiveX Link Share enables selective data to be made available to patients. A link or QR code for large volumes of data such as radiology imaging data can be generated using this function and given to patients. Of course, the link can also then be transferred by the patient to any physicians providing further care—this places data sovereignty completely in the hands of the patient.
The reverse, that is, patients providing their medical data to a hospital or medical center, can be done using JiveX Upload. This tool creates a connection to a hospital website. Patients or employees of a healthcare facility can easily upload data there. This includes previous radiology images to plan an operation, for example. The benefit: the data are first sent to an external server to be checked to make sure that there is no malicious software present before being sent to the hospital infrastructure.
