Andreas Barbian - VISUS

Division Manager

Andreas Barbian has been with VISUS since 2018 and heads up the Software Development department. In his role, he is responsible for the technical development of our products as well as DevOps and IT infrastructure. With his many years of experience, he is driving forward the digital transformation at VISUS.

Axel Crasemann - VISUS

Axel Crasemann joined VISUS Health IT in July 2025 as Head of Product Management. With his background in medicine and medical informatics, he combines clinical understanding with in-depth technical expertise. He is responsible for the strategic direction of our product portfolio.

Michael Granseier has been with VISUS since 2009 and is responsible for the strategic and operational development of software solutions. His academic background in applied computer science and medical informatics forms the basis for his in-depth technical expertise and many years of experience in the field of health IT.

Coming from the hospital IT, Andreas Kaysler started in the sales department of VISUS in 2013 and took over the division management Services in 2018. Since August 2023 he leads the business of VISUS as General Manager and develops the corporate strategy together with the management team.

Hans Willi Lohrke, Sales Director International, liaises with the international partners of VISUS and expands the global sales network. He is the point of contact for all VISUS activities outside of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Arne Petersen, Senior Vice President in the HIS DACH division at CompuGroup Medical, is responsible for the product and marketing strategy as well as the operational business of the hospital and rehabilitation sector. His focus at VISUS is on the further development of the VISUS brand and the JiveX product range.

s Vice President Sales, Christian Rußmann is responsible for overall sales at VISUS Heath IT. With his sales experience from industry and healthcare, he promotes solution-optimized sales. He is the contact person for all VISUS activities in a sales context.

Vera Scharr has been working for VISUS Health IT GmbH since 2013 and is responsible for all questions regarding the commercial organization as a division manager. In this function she is responsible for ensuring and further developing the administrative work processes.

Dr. Axel Schreiber is in charge of quality management, the development of VISUS to an agile organization and the offer of internal services. He is also responsible for regulatory affairs, risk management and quality assurance for the entire JiveX product range.
