Sharing and communicating radiological data
JiveX Medical Sharing forms the basis for modern care structures. This enables uncomplicated sharing of medical data with patients, physicians and health records. This puts institutions in a position to meet state-of-the-art data provisioning - without a complicated infrastructure and without compromising security.
JiveX Medical Sharing makes medical data available across sectors. The use of standards such as IHE XDS or FHIR guarantees facilities independence of vendors and full flexibility when setting up communication structures. Seamless integration into existing portal solutions is possible without difficulties.
In addition, JiveX Medical Sharing enables implementation of the necessary authorization concepts. Access is personalized and restricted to defined data - regardless of the type of data transmission.
The potential applications of JiveX Medical Sharing are many and range from cross-facility networking via patient inclusion to improved communication with medical controlling and the Medical Service.
JiveX Upload is perfectly suited for healthcare facilities that need to receive medical data such as previous radiology images from external parties. The upload portal can be easily integrated onto the facility website, and patients or referring physicians can easily upload previous images, consent forms, and the like from home. The advantage of this is that the data are not transferred directly to the systems of the healthcare facility but first land on a VISUS server where they are checked for malware or other issues. Once the data has been checked and cleared, it is then sent to the primary system of the recipient.
With JiveX Link Share, we provide healthcare facilities with the ability to share large volumes of data, such as images, using a link or QR code. This is particularly important for sending data to patients because data can be received without having to be directly connected to a facility’s infrastructure. JiveX Link Share functions like download links in the consumer sector but has the necessary security features that are required for transferring and displaying medical information. The link can be forwarded by patients as desired to clinics or other facilities.
