We are excited to become part of the CGM family while maintaining our VISUS identity. As a global player with its home and heart in Germany, CGM is exactly the right partner for us to meet the challenges of the future.

We are convinced that this is the next important right step for VISUS. Teaming up with CGM, our contribution to digitization and networking in the healthcare sector will become even more powerful.

Our future under the CGM umbrella is founded on this joint strategic vision. Together, we want to identify and develop potential opportunities. The knowledge and skills of the entire VISUS team as well as our JiveX software solutions perfectly complement the existing team and solution portfolio of CGM.

Interoperability is part of the VISUS DNA and a crucial asset of our products. This is the foundation for our successful collaboration with all stakeholders and IT systems. Nothing will change in that regard. Moreover, we complement each other particularly well in the area of telematics infrastructure.

Our joint solution portfolio already convinced the Hamburg University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf with our holistic concept. JiveX Healthcare Content Management will be closely integrated with the new hospital information system CGM CLINICAL and make a significant contribution to the in-house electronic patient record.

Great prospects also arise for the VISUS cloud solutions in CGM's secure data center. The combination of JiveX Healthcare Connect with CGM's communication solutions and telematics infrastructure will facilitate new ways for healthcare professionals to collaborate and interact with patients. Intersectoral and interoperable solutions are the foundations for achieving joint success.

For many years, CGM has been a successful sales and service partner for the VISUS JiveX Enterprise PACS solution. The present partner network will continue to expand and, above all, become more international. Important pillars for developing new markets will be CGM's international sites as well as the growth in cloud solutions, for example, for the outpatient and rehabilitation markets.

This new partnership with CGM offers long-term investment security for our customers and partners. Our name and your personal contacts with us will also remain the same. The management team will remain on board and the site on the healthcare campus in Bochum will continue with its development.

The acquisition by CompuGroup Medical includes VISUS Health IT GmbH with its subsidiaries VISUS IT Services GmbH and VISUS IT Solutions AG in Switzerland.
