Digital reception terminal
The digital reception terminal saves personnel resources and time when checking in at the practice. Patients scan their insurance cards themselves, their insurance data are automatically verified with the AIS. If necessary, they can fill out the consent forms and medical history directly at the terminal - the data are automatically transmitted to JiveX and saved in an audit-proof manner. Via AmbulApps, patients can also enter their data at home and transfer them using a tablet. The data are categorized in JiveX HCM and stored in the correct location. This saves your staff countless hours on the scanner.
Video consultation in PACS
The video consultation in JiveX Enterprise PACS is a further feature that allows you to address modern patient needs, to better plan your workflows, and to generate additional income. The procedure is then as follows: Following the examination, the patient is given a link and an appointment date and can leave the practice. At the time of the video consultation, start the conference call with a click directly from the JiveX Enterprise PACS which enables you to discuss the findings based on the image data. In the inpatient sector, government subsidies are available for this purpose under the KHVVG/KHTFV (Hospital Care Improvement Act/Hospital Transformation Fund Regulation) and also in the outpatient sector, where additional fees can be billed for video consultations.
Image data in the patient Portal
Yet another step towards patient empowerment: JiveX Link Share now enables the provision of radiological image data in a patient portal. Simply send the link to the patient portal via the standard interface, click, and done - a feature that is currently unique in the industry. And lastly, CGM has developed the WhatsApp of Medicine for institutional and cross-sector communication: The TI-Messenger. This lets you chat in real time directly via JiveX with everyone in the telematics infrastructure - of course, gematik-certified and GDPR-compliant.
