Premiere for PDI/XDM at the IHE Connectathon

For the first time, the combined PDI/XDM profile was tested at the IHE Connectathon this year, which took place from April 8th-12th 2019 in Rennes, France. Only a few months after the IHE RAD 408 and IHE ITI 1157 change proposals (Grouping of PDI with XDM) were approved by the IHE, VISUS was able to successfully complete the tests for creating the media.

Currently, a second partner for testing the import implementation is missing. Other companies, however, have already expressed their interest in testing at the next Connectathon in Rennes. A PDI/XDM sample medium was handed over by VISUS to IHE International as an implementation aid.
